- Photography & selection
- Around two hours at one location, with two looks as a planning guide.
- Finishing & delivery
- Six selected, retouched photographs in web and high-resolution formats.
- Travel, paid venues, hair and makeup, wardrobe sourcing and extra crew are additional when needed.
- These are included in your total quote.
- Setup and pack-down are outside the shooting time.

How is this different from corporate portraits?

Can you help with clothing, hair and makeup?
- We discuss suitable looks using your wardrobe and reference images.
- Clothing purchases or rentals, professional hair and makeup, and stylist services are not included.
- If needed, we check availability and costs before booking.
What if I am not comfortable posing?
- We guide your posture, face angle and gaze, reviewing the photographs together.
- The agreed time and visual direction guide the session, rather than a fixed number of poses.
Where can we photograph?
- We consider offices, studios and locations in Tokyo and Kanto.
- Space, light, equipment access and permission are checked before we decide.
- Paid venues and travel are quoted separately as part of your full total.
How many images are included, and when will they arrive?
- The reference plan includes six selected, retouched photographs.
- Standard delivery is within two weeks after photography and selection are complete.
- Additional images, editing, formats and rush availability are agreed before booking.
How are portraits for several people priced?
- We quote shared preparation and each person’s consultation, shooting and editing separately.
- Same-day, same-location setup can be shared; individual creative work is retained.
- There is no automatic per-person add-on or group discount.
